Our goal is to realize the highest price for every item that is for sale. We reach out to all perspective buyers through mailing to our established followers, general advertising, and signage. Your house is also provided with professional signage during the sale with such sayings as, "no smoking, no admittance, caution steps", and any other signs needed. We take care of the disposal of any items leftover after the sale through, donations which the client is provided with a receipt for tax purposes and removal of items as indicated in contract, leaving the premises in an empty clean manner.  Please keep in mind, you as a client have the right to keep all unsold items, as opposed to cleaning them out.
